Frequently Asked Questions

How do your design services work?

Soft Corners’ services are designed to meet you where you’re at in your practice setup, and we aim to make the process as easy and stress-free for you as possible. Typically, we will consult with you on your needs and then design options that meet your requirements, complete with mood boards, product inventory, cost breakdowns, and tiered budget options. At request, we can also provide 3D-rendered compositions of your designed room, as well as do all of the ordering and delivery tracking for you.

Where do you provide services?

We are based in Los Angeles, CA, and Seattle, WA, and can provide remote services anywhere in the United States except Louisiana, Florida, Nevada, Washington D.C., and Puerto Rico, due to licensing requirements in those states/territories.

What are the fees for your services?

To make our services as accessible as possible, our fees are based on your budget, with a minimum budget of $3,000 required to work with us. We have different pricing models depending on what services you need, but typically we work within fixed project rates.

Why not just do this all myself?

We understand that building a practice comes with risk and a lot to juggle! We also know the importance of spending many hours in an office you love to be in, as well as a place your clients love coming to. Our end-to-end services are designed to take the stress out of furnishing a thoughtful and comfortable environment, while you focus on the other important aspects of building a practice.

Are you using AI to do all of this?

Unlike a lot of do-it-yourself interior design sites, Soft Corners does not use AI in any part of our core services. We may use some AI to create 3D-rendered images, but all of the consulting, designing, and budgeting is done by real people.

I own a group practice or a treatment center. Do you provide the same services for me?

Yes! We don’t only work with sole proprietors and private practices. We can consult for your group or your treatment center as well.

There is a problem with the furnishings I received, what do I do?

If we did the ordering for you, we would be happy to reach out to the vendor on your behalf and attempt to resolve the issue.
